Coach Meg

If you're still reading, this is probably you

You're not someone who gives up on things.

It isn't. And the reason it hasn't worked is NOT the reason you think.

Tell me if any of this is familiar

You're putting in the work but your body isn't changing.

Where most coaches actually get this wrong

Every coach tells you to eat less and move more. That's not your problem.

The whole industry sells you discipline. Be stricter. Cut it out. Do 75 Hard. Earn your food. And they sell it because it works… for like four weeks, right up until the day it doesn't, and then you're back where you started plus a few pounds and a lot more convinced that you're the one who's broken.

You're not broken. Restriction just doesn't teach you anything. It hands you rules that work on the "normal" routine days where you feel strong and gives you nothing at all for the days that are full of chaos (which let's be real is most days). Especially between October and January.

The reason you're not losing the weight isn't that you lack discipline. It's that nobody ever taught you how any of this actually works — how to eat enough to keep your metabolism burning through food, how to train so your body has a reason to change, how to eat the pie at Thanksgiving without spiraling and deciding you ruined it all and stuffing yourself the rest of the weekend (or the rest of the holiday season).

Nobody is teaching the other version. How to enjoy your life and make progress at the same time. How to have discipline on the boring days, and feel in control around food on the fun days.

Losing the same ten pounds every year isn't a willpower problem. It's a strategy and mindset problem. Nobody ever taught you how to do this.

How I know

Christmas 2017, I sat on the bathroom floor in my grandparents' house and inhaled three pieces of apple pie in secret.

My family called me the "healthy one." That was the funny part. I was two years into my fitness journey, and deep in the rules: NO sugar, no rest days, eating 1200 calories — and yet there I was, on the floor by the toilet with pie and whipped cream, then walking back out to pretend like I was surprised that the pie had disappeared so fast.

"Screw it, you already ruined the day, eat as much as you possibly can because tomorrow you get back on track. I just won't eat tomorrow."

That was the thought every single time. And it wasn't just Christmas. I spent every holiday eating when people left the room. Going back into the kitchen when nobody was looking. I couldn't hold a conversation with my own family because I was busy doing math on what I'd eat next.

Food doesn't run my life anymore. I didn't get here by getting stricter. I got here by finally learning how to change the way I THINK about food and weight loss.

That's the only thing I teach.

"I had the two Reese's peanut butter cups, BUT they were two hours apart — and when I had the second one (this is the improvement) I WAS SATISFIED and didn't feel like I was craving more!"

2025 Fit for Fall client

So here's what I built

Fit for Fall. Six weeks, starting August 31.

It's the same coaching I do with my long-term clients, condensed into six weeks so you can find out what it's like to have someone actually in your corner. Custom macros and meals for your body and your life. A six-week training program in my app. The mindset work that stops the all-or-nothing spiral. Check-ins I read and respond to personally. Live Q&A calls. A group of women all starting the same Monday.

I built it because the women I talk to don't need another plan. They need to be taught, and then held to it by someone who has been in their shoes.

It is not a diet, and it is not a six-week quick fix. There's no food you're not allowed to have, no cardio you have to do to earn dinner, and nothing you follow perfectly for six weeks and then abandon. The point is that you come out of it knowing how to do this in real life. In December, at a party, on a Tuesday when you're tired.

What this actually looks like

Imagine going into the holidays like this.

What did you tell yourself in January?

Where did you promise yourself you'd be by December?

There are four months left in this year. That's enough time to get somewhere real.

Or enough time to gain another ten pounds you'll be trying to lose again in eleven weeks, feeling like crap, making exactly the same promise you made this January.

The actual transformation

What you'll walk out knowing.

Everything you get

Six weeks, start to finish.

01

Macros built for your body

Not a template. Your stats, your training, your schedule, your goals, the food you actually like — calculated for you and adjusted as we go so you keep making progress.

02

A 6-week training program

Choose the one that fits your goals and your week, right in my app. At home or in the gym. You'll walk in knowing exactly what you're doing. Lifting and walking. No punishment cardio.

03

Check-ins every two weeks

I see your numbers, your notes, and what's getting in the way — and then I change the plan as needed. This is also where the mindset work happens: the spirals, the all-or-nothing thinking, the "I ruined it so I may as well" moments. That's the accountability piece, and it's the part that gets you real results.

04

The group + live Q&As

Everyone starts the same Monday and finishes the same Sunday. Calls every other week on Monday night, optional and recorded. Learn from how I coach the other women in the group and get all your questions answered.

Women who were exactly where you are

Moms. Wives. Full-time jobs. All of them felt stuck.

Every one of them was already working hard. What changed was the approach — eating the right amount for THEIR body, training with a plan, and learning how to stay consistent and enjoy fun foods without crashing out and over eating.

"I can't believe how much I'm f*cking eating. I'm eating carbs and I have a waist?!? What planet am I on?? I saw my pics and I'm like WTF. Clearly it's working and goes to show how messed up I was from all my years of dieting."

Fit for Fall client

"I wanted pizza this week. It's my favorite thing to eat, I don't remember the last time I had a slice. No guilt, I tracked it and moved on. YAY"

Fit for Fall client

"Megggg so excited for check in today! Officially down 4lbs already! I looked in the mirror and love the way my body is changing. I'm not even giving up foods I love!"

Fit for Fall client

"I'm so happy I finally jumped the fun on your programs! I can feel it's way different than all the others I've tried for sure!"

The questions I actually get

Straight answers.

I don't have time for this.
Check-ins are every two weeks, not every day. Calls are optional and recorded. Your training is three or four sessions a week you're probably already trying to do. The real time cost is logging your food, which takes a few minutes once you've got the hang of it. This is built for someone with a busy life, because that's who I work with. You're getting time back that you've spent stressing, guessing and trying everything that won't work, by getting a realistic plan directly from me.
I've tried everything and nothing sticks.
You've tried everything alone. And the plans were probably cookie cutter crap with no teaching around how to eat in REAL life, not just when you're at home with your food scale. What was missing is someone reading your check-in, noticing when you went quiet, and adjusting instead of letting you decide you're the problem. That's the biggest variable we're changing.
Why not just wait until January?
Because you said that last year. And because January is the hardest month of the year to build a habit. You're tired, puffy and bloated from saying f*ck it all holiday season, the gym is packed, and you're starting from zero. Start now and January is just a month you keep going through.
Do I have to give up the foods I like?
No, and if you do it'll backfire. I can tell you that from experience. Macros are a framework, not a ban list. Mostly what changes is amounts and timing. Learning to fit real food into a real life is the actual skill you're paying for, and it's the reason this doesn't fall apart in December.
What if I fall off in the middle?
Then the check-in catches it and we deal with it. Falling off isn't a reason to leave, it's actually normal. I coach you on how to catch yourself when you fall, and you have accountability to keep moving. The issue is you demonize the slip ups. They're expected. You'll have hard days. I coach you through them.
Do I need a gym?
NO! There are multiple programs to choose from in the app, so tell me what you have access to and we'll match you to one that works. I have at home and gym workouts.
What happens when the six weeks end?
No one's dream body is built in 6 weeks. I'm not here to bullsh*t you. You can make incredible progress in 6 weeks but you need longer to create epic results. So for the women who want to keep going with me and have real accountability, there's a longer program that picks up the week this one finishes — you'll hear about it inside, at pricing you won't get anywhere else. No pressure either way.

Last thing

The next four months are happening either way.

If nothing changes, you already know how this goes. You get to January carrying an extra ten pounds and the same promise you made last January, and you start over in the most expensive, most crowded, most exhausting month of the year.

Or you start on August 31 and spend the rest of this year actually getting somewhere.
